【摘  要】目的：观察督脉电针治疗外伤性截瘫患者对其小便功能的改善效果。方法：资料选取我院2013年9月—2015年9月收治的100例外伤性截瘫患者进行回顾性分析，根据不同治疗方案分为研究组（42）例与对照组（58例）；前者予以督脉电针治疗，后者予以常规针刺治疗，对比两组临床疗效及尿路功能改善情况。结果：研究组总有效率95.2%显著高于对照组69.0%，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：督脉电针治疗外伤性截瘫患者疗效显著，可有效改善患者小便功能，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the improvement effect of the urination function of traumaticparaplegia by Du meridian electro- acupuncture. Method: The records of 100cases of traumatic paraplegia in our hospital from September, 2013 toSeptember, 2015 were analyzed and divided into a research group( 42 cases) anda control group( 58 cases) according to different therapies. The research groupwas treated with Du meridian electro- acupuncture, which the control group wastreated with conventional acupuncture therapy. The improvement effects of thetwo groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the researchgroup 95.2% wassignificantly higher than that of the control group 69.0% and thedifference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion: Electro- acupuncture has obviouseffect on traumatic paraplegia and effectively improve the urination function,which is worthy of promotion.
