磁珠耳穴疗法缓解肾绞痛的观察及护理体会

【摘  要】目的：探讨磁珠耳穴治疗肾绞痛中的护理措施及临床效果。方法：将我院收治的58例急性肾绞痛患者随机分成研究组和常规组，均为29例；常规组采用解痉止痛治疗；研究组则在常规组治疗基础上采取磁珠耳穴疗法，均给予积极护理，对比分析两组临床效果。结果：研究组总有效率明显高于常规组，差异有统计意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在肾绞痛治疗中，实施中医磁珠耳穴疗法，加强相应护理，镇痛效果离线，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the nursing measures and clinical effect of applying magnetic beadsauricular therapy in alleviating renal colic. Methods: 58 patients with acuterenal colic treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the researchgroup and the routine group, with 29 cases in each group; patients in the routinegroup received spasmolysis acetanilide treatment while patients in the researchgroup received magnetic beads auricular therapy on the basis of routinetreatment, both groups were given the positive care, the clinical effects oftwo groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The total effective rate of the research group was significantly higherthan that of the routine group, the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Applying magnetic beads auriculartherapy and corresponding nursing had significant analgesic effect in treatingrenal colic, and it was worthy of promotion.
