针灸推拿治疗老年性便秘临床分析

【摘  要】目的：对针灸推拿在老年性便秘疾病治疗中的临床运用效果加以探析。方法：按随机数字表法，将84例老年性便秘患者分成实验组与对照组，分别给予针灸推拿、通便灵胶囊治疗；比较两组患者的疗效。结果：实验组患者治疗后的总有效率（95.2%）显著高于对照组（83.3%），差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对老年性便秘患者采取针灸推拿治疗，疗效明显，值得大力推行。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinical effects ofacupuncture and Tuina on senile constipation. Method: According to the randomnumber table method, 82 cases of senile constipation patients were divided intoexperimental group and control group and respectively given acupuncture and Tuina,Tongbianling Capsule, the effects of the two groups were compared. Results: Thetotal effective rate of the experimental group after treatment (95.2%) wassignificantly higher than that of the control group (83.3%), and the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupuncture and Tuina therapy has good effect on elderly constipation patients,which is worthy of promotion.
