按摩治疗脑神经衰弱引起的失眠的效果观察

【摘  要】目的：研究按摩治疗脑神经衰弱引起的失眠的效果。方法：选取我院2013年2月—2013年12月94例脑神经衰弱引起失眠患者，抽签随机分为对照组和观察组，每组47例。对照组采用常规药物治疗，观察组在药物治疗基础上采用按摩治疗。观察两组治疗有效率和匹兹堡睡眠质量量表评分（PSQI）。结果：观察组治疗总有效率89.4%相较对照组76.6%显著较高，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组PSQI（6.32±1.84）分相较对照组（8.24±2.03）分显著较低，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：通过神经穴位按摩能有效改善脑神经衰弱引起的失眠症状，提高患者睡眠质量。

【Abstract】Objective:To study the curative effect of massageon insomnia resulted from neurasthenia.Methods: 94 cases with insomnia admitted in hospital from February 2013 toDecember 2013 were randomly divided into a control group and an observationgroup,47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventionaltherapy while the observation group was treated with massage based on thetherapy for the control group. The efficiency and Pittsburgh sleep qualityrating scale (PSQI) were observed after the treatment. Results: The effectiverateof the observation group was 89.4% which was significantly higher than thatof the control group(76.6%)with the statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group PSQI(6.32±1.84)wassignificantly lower than the control group (8.24±2.03) , withstatistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: The nerve massage can effectively improve the symptoms of insomniacaused by neurasthenia and sleep quality.
