针药并用治疗卒中后失眠的临床体会

【摘  要】笔者在长期的临床实践过程中运用针药并用的方法治疗卒中后失眠，经过不断探索，疗效明显，临床我们根据失眠的病因病机不同，运用辨证论治的思维，针对肝火扰心型、痰热扰心型、心肾不交型失眠辨证选穴针灸治疗，并结合中药配伍应用在接近或优于西药疗效的同时有效地避免长期服用西药的耐药性、成瘾性等副作用。

【Abstract】Through continuous exploration, the authortreated the insomnia after stroke by acupuncture combined with Chinese Medicinefor long time with accurate effects. According to different etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia, corresponding acu-points can beselected to liver fire excess type, phlegm-heat disturbing type and imbalancebetween heart-yang and kidney-yin type based on syndrome differentiation, aswell as avoiding the addiction and side effects of long-term administration ofwestern medicine.
