平衡针在院前急救中对眩晕的临床效果观察

【摘  要】目的：观察并探讨平衡针在院前急救中治疗眩晕的临床效果。方法：根据院前急救措施对患者进行分组，其中对照组患者采用常规西医治疗方法，观察组患者在此基础上接受平衡针针刺疗法，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为93.0%，明显高于对照组（74.4%），两组差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后15 min、60 min，VSI各项评分均明显高于对照组，两组差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：在院前急救中为眩晕患者实施平衡针疗法，可有效提高患者治疗效果。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe and investigate theclinical effect of balance acupuncture in treatment of vertigo in pre-hospitalcare. Method: According to the pre-hospital emergency measures, the controlgroup was treated with conventional western medicine treatment while theobservation group was treated by balance acupuncture therapy based on thetherapy for the control group. the effects of the two groups were comparedafter the treatment. Results: The total effective rate in observation group was93.0%, significantly higher than that in control group (74.4%), the differencewas significant (P<0.05), whilethe 15 min and 60 min VSI of the observation group were significantly higherthan those of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Balanceacupuncture therapy can effectively improve the treatment effect on patientswith vertigo in the pre-hospital emergency.
