针灸结合康复治疗小儿脑损伤

【摘  要】目的：探讨小儿脑损伤的针灸结合康复治疗效果。方法：选取我院100例小儿脑损伤患者，按照其康复治疗方式分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。观察组患儿给予针灸联合康复治疗疗法，对照组患儿仅给予康复治疗。结果：观察组患儿和对照组患儿的临床康复治疗总有效率分别为100.0%和90.0%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿的意识恢复时间、反射恢复时间及肌张力恢复时间与对照组患儿相比，均显著较短，组间比较差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。康复治疗5 d后，观察组患儿的神经行为评分显著高于对照组患儿，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在康复治疗的基础上，联合实施针灸治疗，能够显著地提高小儿脑损伤患儿的临床康复效果，缩短其各项临床症状的转归时间，显著提高其神经行为评分，具有非常显著的康复效果。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation in treating childrenwith brain injury. Methods: 100 children with brain injury treated in ourhospital were divided into observation group and control group evenly. Theobservation group received acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy,and the control group received rehabilitation. Results: the total effectiverate of the clinical rehabilitation treatment in the observation group and thecontrol group were 100.0% and 90.0% respectively, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05).In observation group, the consciousness recovery time, reflex recovery time andmuscle tension recovery time were significantly shorter than that of controlgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 5 days after treatment, the neurological behavior scoreof the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation cansignificantly improve the clinical rehabilitation effect of children with braininjury, shorten the clinical symptoms of the time, significantly improve theneurological behavior score, has a very significant rehabilitation effect.
