按摩点穴配合刺络放血治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：观察按摩点穴配合刺络放血治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：按摩点穴配合刺络放血治疗神经根型颈椎病40例，治疗后，观察疼痛、麻木症状及压顶试验、臂丛牵拉试验、上肢肌力体征和日常生活能力的改善情况。结果：按摩点穴配合刺络放血能很好地改善神经根型颈椎病的症状体征。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical therapeutic effectof massage acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy in treatingcervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: 40 patients of cervicalspondyloticradiculopathy were given massage acupuncture combined with pricking bloodtherapy ant the clinical therapeutic effect was observed in terms of painfeeling, numbness, capping test, brachial plexus traction test, upper limbmuscle strength and activity of daily living. Results: Massage acupuncturecombined with pricking blood therapy had a remarkable effect in treatingcervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.
