针刺结合耳穴贴压治疗慢性鼻炎疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：探讨针刺结合耳穴贴压治疗慢性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：80例慢性鼻炎患者随机分成对照组40例和治疗组40例。对照组使用针刺治疗，治疗组使用针刺结合耳穴压穴治疗。两组患者治疗前，治疗结束后1周做症状体征分级记分并评价疗效。结果：单纯针刺、针刺配合耳穴治疗均能改善患者评分，且针刺耳穴配合效果更好P＜0.05。对照组显效12例，有效21例，无效7例；治疗组显效22例，有效17例，无效1例；有效率分别为82.5%、97.5%，两组疗效差异有统计学意义P＜0.05。

结论：针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗慢性鼻炎，可以显著增强疗效。

【Abstract】Objective: To study the clinical effect ofcombining acupuncture & Auricular point pressing in treating chronicrhinitis. Methods: 80 patients with chronic rhinitis were randomly divided intocontrol group and treatment group evenly，the controlgroup received acupuncture and the treatment group received acupuncture andauricular point pressing. The symptoms score and signs classification were madeand the clinical effect was evaluated one week before and after treatmentrespectively. Results: Both the acupuncture and acupuncture & Auricularpoint pressing could improve the score while the effect of combining therapywas better, P<0.05. In the controlgroup：12 cases had excellent effect, 21 cases hadvalid effect, 7 cases were ineffective；in thetreatment group: 22 cases had excellent effect, 17 cases had valid effect, 1case was ineffective; the effective rates of two groups were 82.5% and 97.5%respectively, the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Combining acupuncture & Auricular pointpressing in treating chronic rhinitis could significantly enhance curativeeffect.
