针刺治疗特发性眼睑痉挛32例疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：探讨局部取穴配合四关穴针刺治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的疗效。方法：应用眼周局部取穴配合四关穴针刺治疗特发性眼睑痉挛患者32例，10 d为1个疗程，3个疗程后观察疗效。结果：痊愈15例（46.9%），显效12例（37.5%），有效2例（6.3%），无效3例（9.4%），总有效率占90.6%。结论：针刺治疗眼睑痉挛方法简单，疗效满意，可以广泛应用于特发性眼睑痉挛的临床治疗。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the efficacy of selectinglocal acupoints with siguan acupoints needling in treating idiopathicblepharospasm.Methods: Selecting local acupoints with siguan acupoints needlingin treating idiopathic blepharospasm 32 cases, 10 days for a course,observation on effective after the three course. Results: Recovery in 15 cases(46.9%), markedly effective in 12 cases (37.5%), effective in 2 cases (6.3%),invalid in 3 cases (9.4%), the total effective rate was 90.6%. Conclusion: Themethod of acupuncture in the treatment of blepharospasm is simple, theeffective is satisfied, it can be widely used in clinical treatment ofidiopathic blepharospasm.
