【摘  要】目的：探究慢性肾炎患者治疗中应用全面护理的临床效果和特点。方法：将2012年5月—2014年5月在我院进行治疗的60例慢性肾炎患者作为临床研究的对象，对60例患者均采用的全面护理策略，包括常规护理、用药指导护理、饮食护理、运动休息护理、心理护理和出院指导等，并分析其效果。结果：所抽取的慢性肾炎患者通过全面护理干预后，病情有效缓解，住院期间没有出现并发症，护理效果较好。结论：针对慢性肾炎患者的治疗过程中应用合理有效的护理干预，缩短了康复时间，提高了患者的治疗依从性，效果较好，值得被广泛运用和推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing care in the treatment of applications and characteristics of patients with chronic nephritis. Methods: During the period from 2012 May to 2014 May in our hospital 60 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis patients as the object of clinical research, comprehensive nursing strategies were used in 60 cases, including routine nursing, medication nursing, diet nursing, psychological nursing care, exercise and rest and discharge guidance and so on, and the analysis of its effect. Results: The patients with chronic nephritis by comprehensive nursing intervention, relieve the illness, hospitalization time and recovered without complications, good nursing effect. Conclusion: The nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with chronic nephritis application process in a reasonable and effective, shorten the recovery time, improve the treatment compliance of the patients, the effect is good, worthy of wide application and popularization.
