马 军-真武汤对比温脾汤加减治疗慢性肾功能衰竭56例临床观察

【摘 要】目的：观察真武汤对比温脾汤加减治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床疗效。方法：符合诊断标准的慢性肾功能衰竭的56人，随机分为真武汤组28人和温脾汤组28人，观察显效率，结果：真武汤组显效15例，占53.6%；有效6例，占21.4%；无效7例；总有效率75.0%。温脾汤组显效10例，占40.0%，有效2例占12.0%，总有效率43.0%，两组相比有明显的统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：真武汤治疗慢性肾衰较温脾汤有明显的效果。

【Abstract】Objective: To contrast the treatment of chronic renal failure by Wenpi Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction. Methods: 56 patients complied with the diagnostic criteria of chronic renal failure were randomly divided into Zhenwu Decoction group and Wenpi Decoction group, 28 patients in each group. The effective rate was observed. Results: In the Zhenwu Decoction group, 15 cases were markedly effective, accounted for 53.57%. 6 cases were effective, accounted for 21. 43%. 7 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 75%. In the Wenpi Decoction group, 10 cases were markedly effective, accounted for 40%. 2 cases were effective, accounting for 12%. The total effective rate was 43%. There were statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of Zhenwu Decoction on chronic renal failure was more significant than that of the Wenpi Decoction.
