【摘要】目的：探讨针灸联合康复训练治疗脑中风后遗症患者的临床表现。方法：研究我院收治的104例脑中风后遗症患者，随机分为两组，每组各52例。对照组采取康复训练，观察组患者采用针刺联合康复训练。比较两组患者治疗前后的生活能力评分和神经功能缺损评分。结果：所有患者经过治疗后，两组患者的ADL和NIHSS评分情况均优于治疗前，且观察组患者的ADL和NIHSS也显著优于对照组患者。结论：针灸联合康复训练治疗脑中风后遗症患者临床治疗效果较好，值得在临床中加以推广和应用。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore acupuncture plus rehabilitation therapy forstroke sequelae. Methods: 104 cases in ourhospital stroke sequelae were randomly divided intotwo groups, each 52 cases.The control group wastreated by rehabilitation training, the observationgroup was treatedby acupuncture combined with rehabilitation. ADL and Neural NIHSSof patients werecompared before and after therapy. Results:All patientswere treated, both groupsof patientsADL and NIHSS scores were better than the situationbefore treatment,and ADL and NIHSS in observation group patients werealso significantlybetter than the control group patients. Conclusion: Combinedacupuncture and rehabilitation therapy in patients with stroke sequelae clinical treatment is better, should to be promoted and applied in clinicalpractice.
