【摘 要】目的：探讨针刺与推拿手法结合治疗肱二头肌长头腱鞘炎的疗效。方法：选取同期在焦作市中医院就诊的肱二头肌长头腱鞘炎患者90例，依据治疗方法分治疗组和对照组各45例，观察两组临床疗效及治疗组随访结果。结果：两组间治愈率和总有效率对比均有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。随访3～4个月。治疗组45例病人均未见明显加重或复发。结论：针刺联合推拿治疗肱二头肌长头腱鞘炎不仅临床有效率高，复发率低，而且基本不存在副作用，属于一种可以在临床推广的治疗方法。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate effects of acupuncture plus massage on biceps tenosynovitis.Methods: 90 patients with biceps tenosynovitis were divided into treatmentgroup and control group,45 cases for each, the curative effect intwo groups was observed. Results: There were a very significant differences inthe curing rate and total efficiency between ttwo groups(P＜0.05).Follow-ups of 3～4 months.45 patients in treatment group showedno significant increase or recurrence. Conclusion: Treating bicepstenosynovitis by acupuncture plus massage not only was effective, but also substantiallywith no side-effects, and worthy of application.
