康复训练联合电针治疗脑梗死临床效果分析

【摘  要】目的：探讨康复训练联合电针治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法：选择脑梗死患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予康复训练，观察组给予康复训练联合电针治疗。观察组两组患者神经功能缺损、运动功能、日常生活活动能力改善情况。结果：观察组治疗后的FMA评分、神经功能缺损评分和日常生活活动能力评分和对照组治疗后的上述指标评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：康复训练联合电针治疗能够显著改善脑梗死患者运动功能，提高其日常生活活动能力，疗效显著。

【Abstract】Objective：To exploreclinical effects of rehabilitation training pluselectro acupuncture on cerebral infarction.Methods：80 patients with cerebral infarctionwere randomly divided into observation group andcontrol group.The control groupreceived rehabilitation training, the observationgroup received rehabilitation trainingcombined with electro acupuncture treatment. Theneurological function, motor function andactivities of daily living in the two groupswere observed. Results: The scores of FMA, neural function defect andactivities of daily living in the observationgroup aftertreatmentcompared with those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Rehabilitation training combinedwith electro acupuncture can significantly improve the motor function of patients withcerebral infarction.
