持续质量改进在医院感染管理中的应用

【摘  要】目的：探讨持续质量改进在医院感染管理中的应用。方法：针对医院感染的重点环节、重点部门、重点流程及危险因素采取预防控制措施，应用持续质量改进的方法，实施质量改进。结果：医院感染发生率逐年降低，漏报病例由逐年增加到降低，医院感染上报率明显提高。结论：借助持续质量改进方案为医院感染管理进行规范及完善，可有效改善感染管理现状，降低感染率。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the continuousquality improvement management in hospital infections. Methods: Key areas forhospital infections, priority sectors, focusing on the process and risk factorsto take prevention and control measures, the application of continuous qualityimprovement methods, the implementation of quality improvement. Results: Theincidence of nosocomial infection decreased year by year, the year to reduceunderreporting of cases, hospital infection reporting has improvedsignificantly. Conclusion: With the continuous quality improvement program forhospitals to standardize and improve infection control, infection control caneffectively improve the situation and reduce infection rates.
