【摘 要】目的:观察并分析中药炮制对中药饮片的化学成分及疗效的影响。方法:选取我院2013年3月—2014年10月对同类中药饮片采用不同炮制方法的服用患者120例作为本次的研究对象,并依据药物炮制前方法的不同分为A、B、C三组。A组为水处理前分档,B组为炮制前分档,C组为水处理和炮制前分档,比较三种筛选方式对中药饮片的临床疗效。结果:药物经炮制后毒副反应出现下降趋势,A、B、C三组的总有效率分别为95.0%、72.5%、75.0%,A组分别与B、C两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);B、C两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:对中药饮片进行炮制前,要严格依照水处理前分档与炮制前分档,以减少药物毒性,有效提高临床有效率。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe and analyze theeffects of the chemical constituents and the therapeutic effect of Chineseherbal medicine on the Chinese herbal medicine. Methods: In our hospital inMarch 2013 to October, 2014, Chinese herbal medicine by different processingmethods of taking 120 patients as the research object and according todifferent drug processing methods for group A, B and C. Group A was dividedinto water treatment before the B was processed by the group, Group C wastreated by water treatment and processing. The clinical efficacy of three kindsof screening methods for Chinese herbal medicine was compared. Results: Thedrug after processing after toxicity appeared downward trend, A, B, C threegroups of total efficiency were 95.0%, 72.5% and 75.0%, respectively, in groupa respectively with B and C were significant difference (P<0.05); B, C two groups no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Beforeprocessing, it must be strictly in accordance with the water treatment beforethe sub file and processing of the first file in order to reduce drug toxicityand improve the clinical efficiency.
