【摘要】目的：探讨和研究集束化护理干预措施用于2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者的效果。方法：研究对象选取为2013年1月—2014年12月我院收治的80例2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者，采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，两组患者均采用中药联合硫辛酸注射液的治疗方案，对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组则实施集束化护理干预，对比两组患者的疗效、行为改善及护理满意度。结果：观察组患者的总有效率、护理满意度均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预前两组患者的各项生活行为评分对比均无显著差异（P＞0.05）；干预后观察组患者在坚持运动、控制热量摄入、合理膳食、戒烟戒酒方面的评分显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：集束化护理干预措施用于2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者，能够提高患者的用药依从性，纠正患者的不良生活习惯，树立正确的行为模式，显著提高了疗效和患者的护理满意度，值得在临床上推广和应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate and study nursinginterventions on non-alcoholic fatty liver with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:80 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver patients were randomlydivided into observation group and control group of 40 cases, two patients weretreated with TCM plus Thioctic Acid Injection in the control group.Results: thetotal efficiency in observation group, nursing satisfaction was significantlyhigher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);with the interventionpatients in the observation group adhere to control calorie intake, reasonablediet, smoking and drinking; the score was significantly higher than the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:nursingintervention on non-alcoholic fatty liver in patients with type 2 diabetes,canimprove the medication compliance of patients, correct the bad habits ofpatients,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
