【摘  要】目的：分析苯磺酸氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者临床治疗效果。方法：选取从2013年3月—2015年3月收治的80例老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者，随机分为对照组40例与治疗组40例，对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采取苯磺酸氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗方案，对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗前，两组收缩压、舒张压无明显差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后，治疗组收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组血尿酸水平无明显差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后，治疗组血尿酸水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。对照组有效率为77.5%，治疗组有效率为95.0%，治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组不良反应发生率为12.5%，对照组不良反应发生率为20.0%，治疗组与对照组无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论：对于老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者采用苯磺酸氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗，临床疗效明显，药物不良反应较少，具有临床应用价值。

【Abstract】Objective:Toanalyze the amlodipine besylate plus irbesartan on senile diabetic patientswith hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia.Methods:80 cases of senilediabetic hypertension plus hyperuricemia were randomly divided into controlgroup (40) and treatment group (40),the control group with the Maher BbeChatain treatment,the observation group with amlodipine besylate combined plusIrbesartan treatment scheme more.Results: before treatment,no significantdifference between the two groups in diastolic blood pressure, systolic bloodpressure (P>0.05);after thetreatment,the treatment group systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressurewas significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant difference of serum uricacid levels in the two groups (P>0.05);afterthe treatment, the treatment group blood uric acid level is lower than that ofthe control group (P＞0.05).The controlgroup was 77.5%,the effective rate of treatment group was 95%,the treatmentgroup was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).In treatment group,the incidence rate of adversereaction was 12.5% in the control group,the incidence rate of adverse reactionwas 20%,the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Irbesartan plusamlodipine besylate for elderly patients with diabetic hypertension complicatedwith hyperuricemia show obvious curative effect,less adverse drug reaction.
