【摘 要】目的：探讨糖尿病合并冠心病患者采用中医导痰祛瘀药进行治疗的效果。方法：回顾性分析2013年9月—2014年9月在我院接受治疗的糖尿病合并冠心病患者90例，根据治疗方法分为两组，各45例，对照组进行常规治疗，观察组采用中医导痰祛瘀药治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果：观察组总有效率显著优于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组无明显不良反应，对照组2例出现头晕，1例出现呕吐，两组并发症发生率有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论：对糖尿病合并冠心病患者采用中医导痰祛瘀药治疗，效果显著，无明显并发症，安全有效，患者容易接受，因此可以在临床上进一步推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To treat diabetic patients withcoronary artery disease with TCM Daotan Quyu treatment.Methods:A retrospectiveanalysis of September 2013 - September 2014 in our hospital including 90 patients withdiabetes and coronary heart disease, are divided into two groups,each of 45cases in the control group with routine treatment,and observation group wasgiven TCM Daotan Quyu medication.Results:The total efficiency in theobservation group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05),nosignificant adverse reactions in the observed group; in the control group,2cases of dizziness, one case of vomiting;the incidence of complications in thetwo groups were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:diabeticpatients with coronary artery disease using by TCM Daotan Quyu drug treatment,theeffect is significant,with no significant complications, safe and effective.
