中西医结合治疗糖尿病性冠心病的临床效果观察

【摘 要】目的：探讨中西医结合在糖尿病性冠心病中的临床疗效。方法：筛选2012年1月—2015年1月我院收治的糖尿病性冠心病患者98例，作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组，每组患者49例，其中对照组患者单纯接受常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加服益气滋阴活血方，两组患者持续性治疗4周后根据患者血脂、血糖及心电图检查结果评价治疗总有效率。结果：两组患者干预前比较FPG、2 hPG比较无显著差异（P＞0.05），干预6个月后比较观察组患者FPG及2 hPG水平明显低于对照组，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义；观察组患者治疗后显效23例，有效20例，总有效率达87.8%，与对照组患者治疗后总有效率比较存在显著差异，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：在西药治疗的基础上加服益气滋阴活血方可显著提高糖尿病性冠心病的临床治疗效果，改善患者生活质量，安全性较高，具有临床应用及推广价值。

【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate clinical efficacy ofthe Integrative Medicine on diabetic coronary heart disease. Methods: ScreeningJanuary 2012 - Diabetic patients with CAD in January 2015 in our hospital 98 patients was included in thestudy. 49 patients in each group, where the control group received conventionalwestern medicine alone, the observation group were given additional Yiqi Ziyinprescription. Results: Between two groups before the intervention comparingFPG, 2hPG showed no significant difference (P>0.05),six months after the intervention FPG and 2hPG in observation group wassignificantly lower than the control group, P<0.05;Observation After treatment, patients were cured in 23 cases, effective in 20 cases,total efficiency 87.8%, the total efficiency were significantly different, P<0.05.Conclusion:The IntegrativeMedicine could significantly improve clinical synmptoms of diabetes, coronaryheart disease, and quality of life,with higher safety.
