中西药联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效 及对尿蛋白的影响

【摘  要】目的：研究探讨中西药联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效及对尿蛋白的影响。方法：两组患者接受不同治疗方法。将两组患者血清胱抑素C、尿微量白蛋白浓度及尿蛋白含量进行对比。结果：观察组患者治疗后血清胱抑素C水平下降（0.30±0.05）mg/L，对照组下降（0.12±0.02）mg/L，经检验具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。观察组患者治疗后尿微量白蛋白浓度下降（48.26±5.02）mg/L，对照组下降（24.25±3.15）mg/L，经检验具统计学意义（P＜0.01）。观察组患者尿蛋白含量为（0.29±0.05）g/L，对照组患者尿蛋白含量为（0.75±0.12）g/L，经检验具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中西药联合治疗能发挥各种药物的优势，有效延缓患者肾功能恶化，降低尿中蛋白含量。

【Abstract】Objective: To study the effects of integratedChinese and western medicine on early diabetic nephropathy and urine protein. Methods:Twogroups of patients with different treatment methods were taken for study. Serumcystatin C, microalbuminuria concentration and Urinary protein content werecompared between the groups after the treatment. Results: The levels ofcystatin C after the treatment was respectively(0.30±0.05)mg/L and (0.12±0.02)mg/L in treatment group patients and control grouppatients .withstatistical significance (P<0.01).The microalbuminuria concentrationof the treatment group patients and controlgrouprespectively decreased to (48.26±5.02)mg/Land (24.2±3.15)mg/Lwith.statistical significance (P<0.01). The urinary proteincontentwas(0.75±0.12) g/L in the treatment group and (0.75±0.12) g/L in the control group after treatment.Statistical significance (P<0.05)was tested. Conclusion: The advantages of integrated Chinese and westernmedicinein the treatment ofearly diabetic nephropathy can effectively delay thedeterioration of renal function in patients and reduce urinary protein content.
