中医护理干预对糖尿病患者血糖控制的 临床效果观察

【摘  要】目的：观察并分析中医护理干预对糖尿病患者血糖控制的临床效果。方法：随机抽取我院120例2型糖尿病患者，所有患者均接受常规降糖处理，根据其护理干预方法将患者分为两组。对照组实施常规护干预方式，观察组患者接受中医护理模式，比较两组患者护理干预及血糖控制效果。结果：两组患者护理干预后，空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均有不同程度的改善，但是观察组患者症状缓解程度更为显著，与对照组相比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中医护理干预模式符合2型糖尿病患者护理工作需要，并且能够有效控制患者高血糖水平，值得在护理工作中进行推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effectof TCM nursing intervention on blood glucose control of patients with diabetes.Methods: 120 patients with type 2 diabetes of our hospital were randomlyselected and received routine hypoglycemic treatment; they were divided intotwo groups according to the nursing intervention method. The control groupreceived routine nursing intervention while the observation group received TCMnursing mode, the effects of nursing intervention and blood glucose control ofpatients in two groups were compared. Results: After nursing intervention, the fastingblood sugar，2 h postprandial blood glucose level of patientsin two groups all improved in varying degrees, but patients’ symptoms relief of the observationgroup was more significantly effective than that of the control group; thedifference was of statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing interventionconformed to the care needs of patients with type 2 diabetes; it could control thehigh blood glucose of patients effectively and was worth popularizing innursing work.
