益气养阴消癥通络方联合二甲双胍 在糖尿病患者中的疗效分析

【摘  要】目的：探讨益气养阴消癥通络方联合二甲双胍在糖尿病患者中的临床治疗效果。方法：选取2014年10月—2015年10月医院诊治的80例糖尿病患者资料进行分析，采用随机对照方法将患者分为对照组和实验组，对照组采用二甲双胍治疗，实验组在对照组基础上联合益气养阴消癥通络方治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：两组患者治疗前空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹C肽、HbAlc指标差异不显著（P＞0.05）；实验组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹C肽、HbAlc指标，显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组治疗后TC、TG及LDL-C水平，显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：糖尿病患者在二甲双胍治疗基础上联合益气养阴消癥通络方治疗效果理想，能够控制患者血糖，提高临床疗效，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinical therapeuticeffect of Yiqiyangyin Xiaozhengtongluo prescription combined with metformin intreating diabetic patients. Methods: Data of80 cases of diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospitalfrom October 2014 to October 2015 were analyzed and the patients were randomly dividedinto the control group and the experimental group, the control group receivedmetformin while the experimental group received Yiqiyangyin XiaozhengtongluoPrescription combined with metformin, the clinical efficacy of two groups wascompared. Results: Before treatment, the difference of patients’ fasting bloodglucose, 2h postprandial glucose, fasting C-peptide, HbAlc index of two groups wasnot significant (P>0.05); Aftertreatment, the fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial glucose, fastingC-peptide, HbAlc index of patients in the experimental group were significantlylower than that of the control group (P<0.05);TC, TG and LDL-C level of patients in the experimental group were significantlylower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Yiqiyangyin Xiaozhengtongluo Prescription combined with metforminhad ideal effect in treating diabetic patients, it could control the patients bloodglucose level and improve the clinical therapeutic effect, therefore, it wasworthy of clinical application.
