黄蛭口服液联合阿司匹林在慢性冠脉病治疗中的疗效及安全性分析

【摘  要】目的：探讨慢性冠脉病患者采用黄蛭口服液联合阿司匹林治疗的临床效果及药物安全性。方法：研究对象选取笔者所在医院2014年10月—2015年12月收治的80例慢性冠脉病患者，将入选对象随机分为观察组（40例）与对照组（40例），对照组患者给予阿司匹林治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予黄蛭口服液治疗，对两组患者临床疗效进行分析比较。结果：经治疗2个疗程后，两组患者临床症状改善总有效率比较，观察组（92.5%）明显优于对照组（67.5%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者ST段压低持续时间及压低次数较治疗前均有明显改善，观察组效果更为显著，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且治疗期间两组患者经心电图复查未发现明显异常现象，且未出现过敏反应及肝、肾、肠胃等不良反应。结论：对慢性冠脉病患者采取黄蛭口服液联合阿司匹林治疗临床疗效显著，可以有效改善患者临床症状，且药物安全性高，无药物不良反应，可作为临床治疗慢性冠脉病的首选药物之一。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect anddrug safety of Huangzhi oral liquid combined with aspirin in treating chroniccoronary artery disease.Methods: 80patients with chronic coronary artery disease, admitted to our hospital from October2014 to December 2015, were selected as the research objects and randomLydivided into the observation group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases).The control group was given aspirin treatment while the observation group receivedHuangzhi oral liquid combined with aspirin, the clinical efficacy of two groupsof patients were compared and analyzed. Results: After two courses oftreatment, the clinical symptoms of two groups of patients were relieved, thetotal effective rate of the observation group (92.5%)was significantly betterthan that of the control group (67.5%), the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05); ST segmentlasting time and lower frequency of patients in two groups were significantlyimproved after treatment, the effect of the observation group was moresignificant, the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); During treatment, there wasno obvious anomalies in ECG reexamination, no allergic reaction or adversereactions in the liver, kidney, intestines and stomach.Conclusion: Huangzhi oral liquid combined with aspirin hadsignificant clinical curative effect in treating chronic coronary arterydisease, it could relieve the patients’ clinical symptoms effectively and wasof high safety, there was no adverse drug reactions, therefore, it could beused as one of the preferred drug in the clinical treatment of chronic coronaryartery disease.
