丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病患者30例临床观察

【摘  要】目的：研究丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病患者的初步疗效和安全性。方法：前瞻性入选慢性肺源性心脏病患者共30例，应用丹红注射液40 ml静脉注射，1次/ d，连续使用7d。分别于丹红注射液治疗前及治疗后进行6min步行距离测试、动脉血气分析、肺功能、超声心动图和血浆N端B型利钠肽原（NT-proBNP）值的评价。结果：应用丹红注射液40 mL静脉注射7 d后，患者6 min步行距离由（108.3±91.2）m增加至（136.5±107.1）m（P=0.015<0.05），超声心动图测得肺动脉收缩压由（55.2±19.6）mmHg下降至（50.2±17.0）mmHg（P<0.01），NT-proBNP由（841.4±2088.1）pg/mL减少至（263.2±376.3）pg/mL（P<0.01）。结论：丹红注射液可改善慢性肺源性心脏病患者的运动耐量，降低肺动脉收缩压，降低NT-proBNP水平，改善心功能，并且安全性耐受性良好。

【Abstract】Objective: To study theprimary curative effect and the safety of Danhong injection in treating chronicpulmonary heart disease. Methods: 30 patients with chronic pulmonary heartdisease were prospectively included and were given Danhong injection, 40 mlI.V., once a day and the treatment lasted 7 days. The evaluation of six minuteswalking distance test, arterial blood gas analysis, pulmonary function,echocardiography and plasma N terminal B type natriuretic peptide was madebefore and after Danhong injection. Results: 7 days after Danhong injection, 40ml I.V., the patients’ six minutes walking distance increased from (108.3±91.2) m to (136.5±107.1) m, (P=0.015), the pulmonary arterysystolic pressure measured by echocardiography decreased from (55.2±19.6) mmHgto (50.2±17.0) mmHg,(P<0.01), NT-proBNP decreased from (841.4±2088.1) pg/mlto (263.2±376.3) pg/ml,(P<0.01). Conclusion:Danhong injection could improve the exercise tolerance of patientswith chronic pulmonary heart disease, decrease their pulmonary artery systolicpressure, reduce NT-proBNP level and promote the heart function,besides, it was of good safety and tolerace.
