IVF-ET周期中胚胎培养基的氨基酸代谢水平 与妊娠结局的相关性探讨

【摘  要】目的:研究分析IVF-ET周期中胚胎培养基的氨基酸代谢水平与妊娠结局的相关性。方法:选取我院收治的120IVF-ET治疗的临床资料,将使用过的胚胎培养基进行收集,应用高效液相色谱法进行检测,根据妊娠结局分为移植妊娠组和未妊娠组,每组60例。应用Logistic对胚胎培养基的氨基酸代谢水平与妊娠结局的相关性进行回归分析。结果:两组患者一般资料中,未妊娠组患者Gn起始量及取卵数高于妊娠组,两组间具有显著性差异(P0.05),经统计学分析,具有统计学意义。在单因素非条件Logistic回归分析中发现,丙氨酸及谷氨酰胺与妊娠的结局呈负相关性;经多因素Logistic回归分析中以体外受精胚胎移植妊娠结局为因变量,以谷氨酸及谷氨酰胺为自变量予以进行相关性分析,当在对移植胚胎数及取卵数进行校正后,丙氨酸及谷氨酰胺和妊娠结局呈负相关性。结论:胚胎培养的培养基中谷氨酰胺及丙氨酸水平与妊娠结局具有一定的相关性。

AbstractObjective: To studyand analyze the correlationbetween amino acid metabolism level of embryo culture medium and pregnancyoutcome in IVF-ET period. Method: Data of 120patients with treatment were selected, the usedembryo culture medium were collected and detected by using high performance liquidchromatography (HPLC), and they were divided into transplant pregnancy groupand non pregnancy group based on the pregnancy outcome, with 60cases in each group. Aregression analysis of the correlation between amino acid metabolism level of embryo culturemedium and pregnancy outcome was made by using Logistic. Result: Inthe general data of patients in two groups, Gn initial amount and number ofretrieved oocytes of patients in the non pregnancy group were higher than thatof the pregnancy group, there was significant difference and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Single factor non conditional Logistic regression analysis revealed thatalanine and glutamine were negatively correlated with pregnancy outcome; Inmultivariate Logistic regression analysis, in vitro fertilization andembryo transfer outcomes were taken as the dependent variable while glutamicacid and glutamine were taken as independent variables to carry out thecorrelation analysis, after the number of embryos and the number of retrievedoocytes were corrected, alanine and glutamine were positively correlated withpregnancy outcome. Conclusion: Embryo culture ofglutamine and alanine levels in the medium and the outcome of pregnancy hadcertain correlation.
