针药对反复脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的保护作用

【摘  要】目的：观察针药对反复脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的保护作用。方法：健康成年SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、电针组、药物组和针药混合组，每组10只。采用双侧颈总动脉夹闭建立反复脑缺血再灌注模型，各组大鼠分别给予电针、药物及电针和药物联合治疗30 d。用药结束后，观察各组大鼠学习记忆能力及脑组织SOD、MDA的含量。结果：与模型组相比，电针和药物可明显改善反复脑缺血再灌注大鼠的学习记忆能力（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）；明显增强脑组织SOD活性，降低MDA含量（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论：针药能提高反复脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠学习记忆能力，其作用机制可能与增强脑组织SOD活性，降低MDA含量有关。

【Abstract】Objective：To study the protective effectsof electroacupuncture and Buqi-huayu formula on rats with repeatedcerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods：Healthy adult SD rats were randomlydivided into 5 groups: the sham operation control group, model group, theelectroacupuncture group,Buqi-huayu formula group and the electroacupuncture andBuqi-huayu formula group.There were 10 rats in each group. The model of rats withrepeatedcerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was established by bilateral carotid arteryocclusion. All rats were treated with electroacupuncture, drugs,electroacupuncture and drug combination therapy respectively, which lasted30 days. Then, thelearning and memory ability of rats were examined. And the activity and content of SOD and MDA in brain tissue weremeasured. Results：Compared with the model group, electroacupuncture and drugs couldsignificantly improve learning and memory abilities of rats withrepeatedcerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury (P<0.05or P<0.01). TheSOD activities was significantly increased，at the same time, the content of MDAwas significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Electroacupunctureand Buqi-huayu formula could raise the learning and memory function of rats with repeatedcerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, of which the mechanism might be related to increasing the activities of SOD and reducing the contentsof MDA.
