八髎穴注射654-2治疗顽固性膀胱痉挛

【摘  要】目的：评估八髎穴注射654-2对手术后膀胱痉挛的治疗效果。方法：对我科20例前列腺手术后膀胱痉挛的患者，采用八髎穴注射654-2，用B超探查膀胱残余尿量。结果：20例患者膀胱症状均有不同程度改善。其中3例穴位注射后30 min内症状马上消失，显效4 例，有效20 例，总有效率100%。结论：八髎穴注射654-2治疗本病，其疗效优于传统的臀部注射，有较高的临床应用价值。

【Abstract】Objective：Assessment thetreatment effect of injecting 654-2 to “Ba Liao”acupuncture points curing spasmof bladder after the operatio-n.Methods：To mydepartment and 20 cases of patients with spasm of bladder after prostatesurgery, using 654-2 to "Ba Liao" point injection, using ultrasonicto probe the bladder residual urine volume. Results：20 cases ofpatients with bladder symptoms were improved to varying degrees. Including 3cases with point injection symptoms disappear immediately after 30 minutes, 4cases were markedly effective；effective 20 cases; the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion：Injecting 654-2to "Ba Liao" acupuncture point treatment of the disease, its curativeeffect is superior to the traditional buttock injections, have high clinicalapplication value.
