温针灸配合推拿治疗重症肌无力的效果

【摘  要】目的：对温针灸联合推拿在重症肌无力疾病治疗中的临床运用效果进行探讨。方法：按就诊前后顺序，将82例重症肌无力患者分成实验组与对照组，在常规治疗基础上，对照组采取溴吡斯的明治疗，实验组采取温针灸+推拿治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：实验组患者治疗后的总有效率（95.1%）比对照组（82.9%）高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对重症肌无力患者实施温针灸联合推拿治疗，疗效甚佳，值得大力推行。

【Abstract】Objective : To investigate the clinical effect ofneedlewarming through moxibustion combined with Tuina on myasthenia gravis.Methods:According to the order of treatment, 82 cases with myasthenia gravis were dividedinto an experimental group and a control group. The control group was treatedwith prescribed pyridostigmine bromide, while the experimental group wastreated with needle warming through moxibustion combined with Tuina. Theclinical effect of the two groups were compared after the treatment.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group (95.1%)was higher than that of thecontrol group (82.9%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle warmingthrough moxibustion combined with Tuina has excellent effect on myastheniagravis, which is worthy of promotion.
