中医辨证分型合都梁软胶囊治疗偏头痛效果观察

【摘  要】目的：观察辨证分型疗法合都梁软胶囊对于偏头痛的治疗效果。方法：将我院2014年1月－2015年10月治疗的114例偏头痛患者作为研究对象，分为联合组、单药组，每组57例，治疗单药组与联合组患者时均采用了都梁软胶囊，在治疗联合组患者时应用了辨证分型疗法。结果：单药组总有效率为75.4%，联合组为89.5%。结论：中医辨证分型合都梁软胶囊可以明显改善偏头痛的临床治疗效果。

       【Abstract】Objective:To observe the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with Duliangsoft capsule in treating migraine. Methods: 114 cases of migraine patients treatedin our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were selected as researchsubjects and divided into combined treatment group and monotherapy group, with 57cases in each group. Both groups received Duliang soft capsule while thepatients in combined treatment group received Duliang soft capsule based on TCMsyndrome differentiation. Results: The total effective rate of monotherapygroup was 75.4% and the total effective rate of the combined treatment groupwas 89.5%. Conclusion:TCM syndromedifferentiation combined with Duliang soft capsule could significantly improvethe clinical therapeutic effect in treating migraine.
