除痹汤治疗风寒湿痹症78例临床观察

【摘 要】目的：探讨除痹汤治疗风寒湿痹症78例患者的临床疗效。方法：选取78例风寒湿痹症患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各39例。观察组患者给予服用除痹汤（桂枝、牛膝、附子、麻黄、细辛、伸筋草、秦艽、川续断、白芍、当归、白术、知母、天南星、生姜、炙甘草），水煎服，1剂/ d，早晚空腹温服。对照组患者给予补肾强肾胶囊口服，2粒/次，2次/ d；追风透骨丸口服，1丸/次，2次/ d。两组患者均治疗2个疗程，30 d为1个疗程。结果：观察组患者治愈13例，好转21例，总有效率87.2%；对照组患者治愈9例，好转22例，总有效率79.5%，两组对比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：除痹汤治疗风寒湿痹症疗效较好，可随证加减应用于临床治疗实践。

【Abstract】Objective: To evaluaterthralgia were randomly dividedinto two groups, 39 cases in each group. The observation group wastreated with Chubidecoction(Gui, A the clinical efficacy of Chubi decoction on 78 cases with windcold dampness arthralgia. Methods: 78 cases with wind cold dampnessachyranthes, aconite, ephedra, Asarum, lycopodii, Gentiana, teasel, white peonyroot, angelica, Atractylodes, altogether, Araceae, ginger, licorice), 400 mlsimmer in water, 1dose/ day,taken with empty stomach, The control group wastreated with oral capsules Bushen Qiangshen, 2 capsules/ times, 2 times / day;orally administration Zhuifeng Tougu pills, 1 pill / time, 2 times / day. Twogroups of patients were treated for two courses with 30 days as a course oftreatment. Results:13 cases were cured, 21 cases were improved and 5 cases werehealed with efficiency of 87.2% in the observation group; 9 cases were cured,22 cases were improved, 8 cases were healed in the control group and efficiencywas 79.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chubi decoction hasgood effecton wind cold dampness arthralgia, which can be flexible applied inclinic.
