研究五指毛桃药理作用并与黄芪的益气作用相对比

【摘  要】目的：比较五指毛桃与黄芪益气作用的药理研究。方法：将所选小鼠分为空白组、黄芪组与五指毛桃低、中、高剂量组各10例，分别给药，服用1周后，从对胃排空、肠蠕动的影响等方面进行实验观察。结果：五指毛桃和黄芪都能促进胃排空，其中，五指毛桃中、低剂量组效果显著（P＜0.0l），黄芪和五指毛桃高剂量组则效果不明显。黄芪和五指毛桃对胃液总酸度及总酸排出量、胃蛋白酶活性均无明显影响（P＞0.05），但胃蛋白酶活性五指毛桃各剂量组与黄芪组相比均有增加，中、低剂量组差异显著。讨论：五指毛桃与黄芪都有益气作用，在抗炎、免疫调节、改善微循环等方面效果突出。五指毛桃将有更大的价值和开发空间。

【Abstract】Objective: To compare the pharmacological study ofAstragalus Yiqi effect of Radix Fici Hirtae and. Methods: Will choose the micewere evenly divided into blank group, group and Astragalus Radix Fici Hirtae islow, medium and high dose group (n = 10), administered separately, take 1 week,from the impact of gastric emptying, intestinal peristalsis of experimentalobservations. Results: The Radix Fici Hirtae and Astragalus can promote gastricemptying. Among them, in Radix Fici Hirtae, effect of low dose groupsignificantly (P<0.01), astragalusroot and Radix Fici simplicissimae high dose group effect is not obvious.Astragalus root and Radix Fici Hirtae on the total acidity of gastric juice andtotal acid discharge) and activity of pepsin were no significant effect (P>0.05), but pepsin activity of RadixFici Hirtae each dose group and Astragalus group compared to both increase,middle and low dose groups significantly. Discussion: Huangqi and Radix Ficisimplicissimae have Yiqi, anti inflammation, immune regulation, improvemicrocirculation and other prominent effect. The value and development ofradixfici Hirtae more space.
