中药穴位贴敷治疗原发性痛经患者的临床体会

【摘  要】目的：分析针对原发性痛经患者应用中药穴位贴敷治疗的临床效果。方法：选取我院以原发性痛经入院接受治疗的患者80例，随机分为对照与治疗两组各40例，对照组患者采用口服中药胶囊（田七痛经胶囊），治疗组患者采用传统中药穴位贴敷治疗方法，对比两组疗效。结果：经治疗，治疗组患者在疗效、患者疼痛评分及疼痛的伴随症状方面的改善均优于对照组患者。结论：中药穴位贴敷治疗原发性痛经有着显著的临床治疗效果，更有利于改善患者的临床症状。

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the clinical effect ofAcupoint Application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of primarydysmenorrhea. Methods: Our hospital was chosen to primary dysmenorrhea washospitalized for treatment of 80 cases of patients, were randomly assigned tocontrol and treatment of two groups, 40 cases in each, in the control groupwere treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine (TianqiTongjing capsule capsule, treatment group patients by traditional Chinesemedicine acupoint sticking apply treatment, compared to two groups curativeeffect. Results: After treatment, the patients in the treatment group werebetter than those in the control group. Conclusion: Acupoint application oftraditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has asignificant clinical effect, is more conducive to improving the clinicalsymptoms of patients.
