针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎的 临床效果观察

【摘  要】目的：观察针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法：将我院2013年4月—2015年3月收治的类风湿性关节炎患者110例随机分观察组和对照组，每组55例。对照组采取中药熏蒸治疗，观察组采取针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗，比较两组的临床疗效以及晨僵时间、关节压痛数、休息痛以及关节肿胀数。结果：观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（92.7% VS78.2%)，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后晨僵时间、关节压痛数、休息痛及关节肿胀数均明显优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组晨僵时间、关节压痛数、休息痛及关节肿胀数明显优于治疗前和对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎可以明显的改善患者的临床症状，临床疗效比较显著，值得在临床中进行推广和应用。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical effect ofacupuncture combined with Chinese herbal fumigation in treating rheumatoidarthritis. Methods: 110 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomlydivided into observation group and control group, 55 cases in each group.Thecontrol group was treated with Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,and theobservation group treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicinefumigation treatment.The clinical efficacy and duration of morning stiffness,tenderness index, rest pain and swelling index was compared between the twogroups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group (92.7% vs 78.2%), thedifference was significant (P<0.05).Themorning stiffness time,joint tenderness number, rest pain and swollen jointcount of the two groups after the treatment was significantly higher than thatbefore treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the morningstiffness time，joint tenderness number, rest pain andswollen joint count of the observation group was significantly better than thatof the control group after treatment, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Use acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal fumigation treatment of rheumatoidarthritis can improve the clinical symptoms, clinical efficacy issignificantly.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
