【摘  要】目的：综述近年来在针灸推拿与康复理疗护理相结合方面所取得的研究进展及研究成果。方法：查询与分析近年来有关针灸推拿与康复理疗护理相结合方面对应的学术研究成果及期刊文献资料。对技术进展进行归纳与总结。结果：当前对针灸推拿与康复理疗护理相结合的研究思路包括三层，分别为针灸推拿与康复理疗护理并重，以针灸推拿为主，康复理疗护理为辅及以康复理疗护理为主，针灸推拿为辅。基于上述思路，可将针灸推拿尝试与康复理疗护理领域中的物理疗法及作业疗法相结合，起到优化临床效果的目的。结论：在研究针灸推拿与康复理相结合问题的过程当中，两者从不同的角度对疾病进行治疗干预，治疗措施的结合能够提高疗效，是临床实践的研究方向与趋势所在。

【Abstract】Objective: To review the recent development inacupuncture and Tuina therapy combined with rehabilitation nursing by analyzingrecent  research progress and researchresults. Methods: query and analysis of the academic research and literatureperiodicals published in recent years about acupuncture and massage therapycombined with rehabilitation nursing were carried and the technical progresswas summarized. Results: Present research ideas of acupuncture and massage therapycombined with rehabilitation nursing includes three layers, respectively,acupuncture and  massage therapy withrehabilitation nursing paying equal attention to all, Prioritize  acupuncture and massage therapy and keeprehabilitation therapy nursing as complementary, and prioritize rehabilitationtherapy nursing and provide auxiliary acupuncture and massage. Based on theabove ideas, acupuncture and massage can be tried in the field of nursing andrehabilitation physiotherapy combined with physical therapy and nursing therapyto optimize the purpose of clinical effect. Conclusion: Acupuncture and Tuinacombined with rehabilitation therapy in the research process can improvecurative effect, in the different aspects to treat disease, which is theresearch direction and trend of clinical practice.
