小针刀合穴位贴敷治疗网球肘86例

【摘  要】目的：探析小针刀合穴位贴敷治疗网球肘的疗效。方法：选择我院2013年1月—2015年5月收治例网球肘患者作为研究对象，分为治疗组（n=86）与对照组（n=85）。对照组行电针治疗，治疗组采取小针刀联合穴位贴敷治疗，比较两组治疗后总有效率与随访3个月时总有效率。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率为93.0%（80/86），对照组为69.4%（59/85），治疗组更高，差异有统计学意义（x²=15.667，P＜0.01）。治疗组随访3个月时治疗有效率为74.4%（64/86），对照组为65.9%（56/85），治疗组更高，差异有统计学意义（x²=15.667，P＜0.01）。结论：小针刀联合穴位贴敷治疗网球肘可有效缓解疼痛，并温经通络、活血化瘀，效果满意，但易复发，有待进一步改进。

【Abstract】Objective:The curative effect of small knife acupuncture on tennis elbow. Methods: Thepatients with tennis elbow in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2015 weredivided into treatment group (n=86)and control group (n=85). Controlgroup received electroacupuncture treatment, the treatment group took smallknife acupuncture with acupoint sticking therap and followed up for 3 months.Results: The efficiency in the treatment group was 93.0% (80/86), the controlgroup was 69.4% (59/85), the treatment group was higher, the difference wasstatistically significant (x²=15.667, P<0.01). The efficiency in thetreatment group was 74.4% (64/86), the control group was 65.9% (56/85), thedifference was statistically significant (x²=15.667, P<0.01).Conclusion: Small knife combined with acupointsticking apply for tennis elbow can effectively relieve pain, temperature andmeridians, promote blood circulation and removblood stasis.
