谈多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验临床应用

【摘  要】目的：研究并探讨多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验对冠心病的诊断价值。方法：选取2013年10月—2014年10月收治的36例疑似冠心病患者作为研究对象，对这36例患者进行多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验，分析试验检测的结果，并与平板运动心电图负荷试验的结果进行对比分析。将多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验的结果数据设置为观察组，将平板运动心电图负荷试验的结果数据设置为对照组。结果：观察组的敏感性、准确度均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验用于冠心病的临床诊断中，其检测结果较为可靠，诊断准确性较高，可被广泛应用于冠心病的临床诊断中。

【Abstract】Objective: To study and explore the diagnostic value ofultrasound Beckoning dobutamine stress test in patients with coronary heartdisease. Methods: From October 2013 to October 2003 were 36 cases of suspectedcoronary heart disease patients as the research object, of the 36 cases ofpatients of dobutamine echocardiography echocardiography testing, analysis oftest results and with treadmill exercise electrocardiogram stress test resultswere compared and analyzed. The dobutamine echocardiography cardiac load testresults data set as the observation group, the results of treadmill exerciseelectrocardiogram stress test data is set as the control group. Results: Thesensitivity and accuracy of the observation group were significantly higherthan that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Dobutamineechocardiography map load test for coronary heart disease clinical diagnosisin, the detection result is more reliable, higher diagnostic accuracy, iswidely used in the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD).
