王氏清暑益气汤对高温环境下机体运动能力影响

的机制研究

【摘  要】目的:通过对王氏“清暑益气汤”影响高温环境下运动能力的作用机理的研究,初步探讨复方中药对提高机体在高温环境下的特殊适应能力的关系。方法:以王氏“清暑益气汤”作为干预手段,采用动物实验方法,观察复方中药在热应激状态下SD大鼠的运动能力改变,并对大鼠骨骼肌SOD活性、MDA含量、GSH-PXGSH含量、GST活性进行检测。结果服药组大鼠力竭时间明显增加安静状态下服药组GSH含量显著高于对照组(P0.05),服药组SOD含量显著高于对照组(P0.01);大鼠定量负荷后MDA含量、SOD活性于对照组有显著性差异(P0.01), GSHGSH-PX明显增加(P0.05);大鼠力竭后MDA含量、GSH含量、GSH-PX活性于对照组有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论:王氏“清暑益气汤”可降低高温环境下对机体运动能力不利影响,明显延长运动力竭时间,“清暑益气汤”能够降低热应激条件下大鼠骨骼肌内MDA含量,减少脂质过氧化反应、提高热SOD活性,有效的清除自由基,减轻骨骼肌损伤。

AbstractObjective:Throughthe mechanism study of influence by Wang "Heat-Relieving Temper-EnhancingSoup" on exercise capacity , this thesis takes a primary study of the relationshipof the compound Chinese medicine and the special adaptive ability in hightemperature environment. Method: Taking Wang "Heat-Relieving Temper- Enhancing Soup" as a means ofintervention, using animal experiment, we observed the exercise capacity changeof SD rats under heat stress and examined the rat skeletal muscle SOD activity,MDA content, GSH-PX, GSH contents as well as GST activity. Results:The timeto exhaustion was significantly increased among the medication group. ② The GSHlevel and SOD level of medication group were significantly higher than thecontrol group(P <0.05) in quite state.The rat MDA content, SOD activity inthe medication group was significant different from the control group(P<0.01) after quantitative load.GSH,GSH-PX increased significantly (P<0.05);MDA content, GSH content, GSH-PX activity was significant different (P<0.01) than the control group ratsafter being exhaustive. Conclusions: Wang, "Ching Shu Qi Tang" isable to reduce the adverse effects of high-temperature environment on exercisecapacity and significantly prolong the time to exhaustion. Besides, it alsoworks to reduce heat stress MDA content in skeletal muscle of rats, reducinglipid peroxidation, increase heat SOD activity, effectively remove free radicalsand reduce muscle damage.
