【摘 要】目的：通过拔出留置针后拇指按压法和食指按压方法的对比，选择出拔出留置针后更适合患者的按压方法。方法：从2014年6月—12月来在CT室做冠状动脉CTA检查的患者中，随机选择年龄20～70岁的患者，性别不限，患者可以自行按压留置针穿刺点，将患者随机分成甲乙两组，每组各300人，共600人。甲组采用拇指按压法，乙组采用食指按压法，按压时间都是十分钟。结果：拇指按压法比食指法止血效果好，更易被患者接受，患者按压针眼时更省力。结论：给患者拔出静脉留置针后，在相同的按压时间内，采用拇指按压法比采用食指按压法止血效果好，患者采用拇指按压法更省力。

【Abstract】Objective:To select a more suitable pressing method for patients after pulling out the needle,after pulling out the method of thumb pressing and index finger pressing.Methods:Patients in the age 20 to 70 years old from June to December 2014 in the CT room to do coronary CT angiography (CTA) were randomly selected without gender restriction. Patients can press their own detaining needle puncture point. The patients were randomly divided into A and B groups, 300 cases in each group, a total of 600 people. Group A were treated with the thumb pressing method,while Group B were treated with finger pressing for ten minutes.Results:The thumb pressing method had better hemostatic effect and it was easier to be accepted and more labor-saving.Conclusion:After pulled out of the detaining needle, the thumb pressing method has better hemostatic effect than the finger pressing method as well as saving effort.
