人性化管理模式在护理管理中的应用

【摘 要】目的:探讨人性化管理模式在护理管理中的应用。方法:将护理人员40例作为调查对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上实施人性化管理模式,比较两组护理投诉情况、护理满意度。结果:观察组护理投诉率明显低于对照组,观察组实施人性化管理模式后总满意度显著优于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:在临床护理管理中应用人性化管理可以和谐医患关系,提高患者满意度,提升医护人员的综合素质,值得推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the humane management in nursing management.Methods:40 Cases of nurses as subjects, divided into a control group and observation group and the control group with conventional management,observation group to implement humane management on the basis of the control group were compared care complaints, satisfaction with care.Results:Nursing observation group was significantly lower than the control group complaints,the observation group after the implementation of humane management overall satisfaction was significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical nursing management of human management can harmonious doctor-patient relationship, improve patient satisfaction, enhance the overall quality of health care workers, should be widely applied.
