【摘 要】目的：分析VSD负压引流在四肢创伤运用的效果。方法：研究我院在2014年5月—2015年5月收治的四肢创伤案例80例，划分为对照组和观察组各40例，其中对照组运用常规开放换药，观察组运用VSD负压引流干预，而后分析两组患者在治疗效果上的差异。结果：在植皮成活率上，观察组为97.5%，对照组为82.5%，P＜0.05；在感染率上，观察组为2.5%，对照组为12.5%，P＜0.05。结论：VSD负压引流可以有效地提升四肢创伤的恢复效果，提升植皮成活率，降低感染率。

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of VSDnegative pressure on wound drainage in the limbs. Methods: 80 cases with limbtrauma from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were divided into a control group and an observationgroup, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventionalopen dressing, while the observation group was taken VSD negative drainageintervention, and the differences in the two groups were analyzed. Results: Theskin graft survival in the observation group was 97.5% in the control group was82.5%, P<0.05; the infection ratewas 2.5% in the observation group, the control group was 12.5%, P <0.05. Conclusion：VSD suction drainage can effectively enhance the effectof limb trauma recovery, improve skin graft survival and reduce infectionrates.
