【摘 要】目的：介绍Ilizarov技术结合Williams髓内钉治疗先天胫骨假关节的临床经验和疗效。方法：我院自2010年8月开始使用Ilizarov技术结合Williams髓内钉治疗先天性胫骨假关节，2例均为初诊，通过彻底清除病变骨组织取自体髂骨一期植骨，Williams髓内钉矫正力线结合Ilizarov外固定架断端加压，2例患者均未作近端截骨延长。结果：经0.6～4年随访，2例患儿假关节均获得愈合，1例已拆除外固定器，在支具的保护下负重，1例X线检查已骨性愈合，正常行走活动。结论：Ilizarov技术结合Williams髓内钉治疗先天胫骨假关节临床疗效可靠。

【Abstract】Objective:To introduce Ilizarov technique combined withWilliams tibia intramedullary nail to treat congenital pseudarthrosis ofclinical experience and curative effect. Methods: Our hospital since August2010 used Ilizarov technique combined with Williams intramedullary nail totreat congenital tibial pseudarthrosis, 2 cases were first diagnosis,thoroughremoval of diseased tissue for the first phase of iliac crest bone graft takenfrom the body, Williams intramedullary nail straightening force line combinedwith Ilizarov fixator end pressure, 2 patients were extended for proximal bonecutting. Results: After 0.6 ~ 4 years follow-up,2 cases of children with falsejoints obtained healing,1 case of external fixator has dismantled, under theaegis of the support load,1 case of X-ray has osseous healing, walknormally.Conclusion:The Ilizarov technique combined with Williamsintramedullary nail to treat congenital tibial pseudarthrosis clinical curativeeffect is reliable.
