中药结合循经治疗脾胃疾病临床疗效研究

【摘  要】目的：探讨中药结合循经治疗脾胃疾病效果。方法：将2014年11月—2015年10月我院综合内科收治的100例患者随机分为研究组和对照组各50例。对照组单纯中药制剂治疗脾胃疾病，1剂/d；研究组采用中药结合循经治疗，循经治疗取足阳明胃经，循经走行实施经络敲打拍击抓捏15 min，间歇5 min，30 min/次，1次/d，10 d为1个疗程，连续3个疗程后进行胃镜检查和十二指肠钡餐造影透视及疗效评定。结果：两组患者症状均有改善，研究组明显优于对照组（P＜0.01），差异有统计学意义。结论：中药制剂直达病所，对脾胃疾病临床疗效确切。足阳明胃经循经敲打刺激其经脉活力增强，促进脏腑即胃部功能，改善疾病状态，促其病愈，方法显效可行。此法操作简单，无副作用，能够调动患者潜能，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the effect of Chinese herbalmedicine combined with treatment along the channels and collaterals in treatingspleen and stomach disease. Methods: 100 patients, admitted to our hospital from from November 2014 to October 2015, wererandomly divided into study group and control group, 50 cases in each group.The control group received only traditional Chinese medicine preparation fortreating spleen and stomach disease, once every day; the study group received Chineseherbal medicine combined with treatment along the channels and collaterals,which was based on the treatment of stomach meridian of Foot Yangming, andmeridian beat slap grip and pinch for 15 minutes, at five minutes’ interval, thetreatment last 30 minutes, once a day, 10 days formed a course of treatment. Afterthree courses, endoscopy and duodenal barium meal perspective were given to evaluatethe curative effect. Results: The symptoms of the two groups were both relieved,the study group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.01), the difference wasstatistically significant. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine preparationdirected the disease, and it has significant clinical curative effect on the spleen and stomach disease. The beatalong stomach meridian of Foot Yangming stimulated the meridians to enhance thevitality and promote the stomach function, which could improve the condition ofdisease and speed up the rehabilitation. The method was feasible and had noside effect, it was worthy of clinical application because it could mobilizethe potential of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.
