裴氏升血颗粒合TP-5对荷H22(肝癌)瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响

 】目的:研究裴氏升血颗粒合TP-5对荷H22(肝癌)瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:本研究拟采用裴氏升血颗粒、裴氏升血颗粒与胸腺五肽联合、胸腺五肽分别对荷H22(肝癌)瘤小鼠进行干预,而后通过对小鼠抑瘤率、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、脾淋巴细胞增值能力、血清IL-2IL-4水平进行检测及数据处理,了解药物干预后荷H22(肝癌)瘤小鼠的免疫器官状态及免疫功能变化。结果:PSXKL组、PSXKL+TP-5组荷瘤小鼠的结束体重、平均瘤重、抑瘤率、胸腺指数(TI)、脾脏指数(SI)均与模型组有显著差异;TP-5组的胸腺指数(TI)、脾脏指数(SI)均与模型组有显著差异。而PSXKL组、PSXKL+TP-5组荷瘤小鼠的结束体重与TP-5组相比有显著差异。PSXKL+TP-5组和TP-5组荷瘤小鼠的血清IL-2IL-4含量、脾B淋巴细胞增殖率(%)(以LPS为刺激因子)、脾T淋巴细胞增殖率(%)(以ConA为刺激因子)均与模型组有显著差异。结论:TP-5对荷瘤小鼠免疫器官有明显影响,而对荷瘤小鼠的全身状况无明显改善,使荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能增强,对荷瘤小鼠脾T淋巴细胞增殖功能有积极影响。裴氏升血颗粒及其与TP-5联合后均对荷瘤小鼠的全身状况有明显改善,同时对其免疫器官也有明显的影响,使之趋于正常;使荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能增强,同时对荷瘤小鼠脾T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞增殖功能有积极影响。

AbstractObjective:To study the effect of Peishishengxue electuary with TP-5 on the immunologicfunction of H22 Tumor-bearing Mice. Methods: This study intended to usePeishishengxue electuary, Peishishengxue electuary and TP-5, TP-5 on the  intervention of H22 Tumor-bearing Mice. Thentumor inhibition rate, thymus index, spleen index, spleen lymphocyteproliferation ability and serum IL-2, IL-4 level of mice were detected and dataprocessed to investigate the changes of immune organs and immune function inH22 Tumor-bearing Mice after drug intervention. Results: The average endweight, tumor weight, tumor inhibition rate, thymus index (TI), spleen index(SI) of the PSXKL group and the TP-5 PSXKL group were significantly differentfrom that of the model group. The thymus index (TI) and spleen index (SI) ofthe TP-5 group were significantly different from that of the model group. Theend weight of the PSXKL group and the TP-5 PSXKL group were significantlydifferent from that of the TP-5 group. The serum levels of IL-2 and IL-4,spleen B lymphocyte proliferation rate (%) (LPS as the stimulating factor) ,spleen T lymphocyte proliferation rate (%) (ConA as the stimulating factor) ofthe TP-5 PSXKL group and TP-5 group were significantly different from that ofthe model group. Conclusion: TP-5 had a significant effect on the immune organsof H22 Tumor-bearing Mice, and systemic status of H22 Tumor-bearing Mice wasnot significantly improved, which enhanced the immunity function of cells inmice and had a positive impact on spleen T lymphocyte proliferation function ofH22 Tumor-bearing Mice. Peishishengxue electuary combined with TP-5 improvedsystemic conditions of H22 Tumor-bearing Micesignificantly and showed anobvious effect on the immune organ, which became normal; it could also enhancethe cell immunity function of H22 Tumor-bearing Mice and have positive effecton tumor bearing mice spleen T lymphocyte, B lymphocyte proliferation function.
