止咳定喘汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘30 例临床分析

中图分类号：R256.12       文献标识码：A    文章编号：1674-7860（2015）30-0033-02        【摘  要】目的：研究咳嗽变异性哮喘临床应用止咳定喘汤的治疗效果。方法：从我院2014年4月—2015年4月接收咳嗽变异性哮喘患者中随机抽选30例作为本次研究组，加用止咳定喘汤治疗；并将同期接收疾病患者30例作为本次对照组，行临床基础疗法，于临床治疗结束后评定效果。结果：研究组患者临床治疗效果96.7%高于对照组76.7%，差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论：临床给予咳嗽变异性哮喘患者止咳定喘汤疗法作用明显，可缩短疗程，提高疾病治疗效果。

【Abstract】Objective: To study the curative effect ofZhike Dingchuan Decoction on cough variant asthma. Methods: 30 cases among theparents admitted in out hospital from April, 2014 to April, 2015 were randomlydivided into a research group treated with Zhike Dingchuan Decoction, whileanother 30 cases admitted during the same period were treated as the controlgroup and given the basic therapy. The curative effects of the two groups wereevaluated. Results: Thecurative effect of the research group was 96.7% higher thanthat of the control group 76.7%,with significant difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion: Zhike DingchuanDecoction has obvious effect on parents with cough variant asthma which canshorten the period and improve the curative effect.
