发热疾病患者临床应用血细胞形态学检测的诊断价值

【摘要】目的：探讨血细胞形态学检验在发热疾病患者诊断中的应用价值。方法：随机抽取我院2015年1月—2015年9月收治的发热患者100例和同期接受检查的健康志愿者100例作为研究对象，分别对两组受检者血细胞形态学变化异常检出情况及各自的Hct、MCV、RDW-SD、MCH、MCHC检查结果进行比较。结果：比较研究组患者和健康对照组的外周血细胞的形态学变化情况，可见其血细胞形态异常阳性检出率分别为64.0%（64/100）和6.0%（6/100），研究组显著高于对照组，比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。同时研究组患者的Hct、MCV、RDW-SD、MCH、MCHC检查结果均显著高于对照组，比较均有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：血液标本的血细胞形态学检查，可以对发热患者的病情进行判断，为病因的明确和治疗方案的确定提供依据，有一定的临床应用价值。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the application value of blood cell morphology detection on patientswith febrile disease. Methods: 100 patients with febrile disease treated in ourhospital from January 2015 to September 2015 were selected as research group,100 healthy volunteers examined in our hospital during the same time periodwere selected the control group, the blood cell morphology detection resultsand examination results of Hct, MCV, RDW-SD, MCH and MCHC of two groupswere compared. Results:The comparison of the morphological changes of peripheral blood cells of twogroups indicated that the positive detection rate of abnormal bloodcell morphology of two groups was 64.0%（64/100）and 6.0%（6/100）respectively,the rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P＜0.05). Meanwhile, the examination results of Hct, MCV,RDW-SD, MCH and MCHC of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Blood cell morphologydetection of the blood sample could help to reach a diagnosis on patients withfebrile disease and provide evidence for determining the cause and treatmentoptions, it had certain clinical application value.
