66例糖尿病患者的中医辨证施护

【摘  要】目的：探讨糖尿病患者的中医临床护理效果。方法：选取2013年5月—2014年5月住院治疗的132例糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察两组护理效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为92.4%，对照组为83.3%，两组差异明显具有统计学意义。结论：糖尿病中医护理方法，可以有效地控制血糖，延缓疾病的发展进程减少了并发症，对本病的转归起到了积极的作用，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical effect TCM syndromedifferentiation nursing in treating patients with diabetes mellitus. Method:Clinical data of 132 patients withdiabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 wereretrospectively analyzed and the nursing effects of two groups were observed. Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.4% while that ofthe control group was 83.3%; thedifference between tow groups was statistically significant. Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation nursingcould effectively control the blood sugar level, delay the progression of thedisease and lessen complications, which played a positive role in theprognosis of the disease in treating patients with diabetes mellitus,therefore, it was worthy of clinical promotion.
