介入治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的 应用价值分析

【摘  要】目的：探讨介入治疗在急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血（ANVUGIB）治疗中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析20例ANVUGIB患者一般资料、出血部位、Rockall评分及成功率等，对照分析Rockall评分与介入止血成功率及介入治疗并发症发生率。结果：①20例ANVUGIB患者14例经介入治疗成功，成功率70.0%，7例经介入治疗后仍提示活动性出血，1例镜下钛夹夹闭后出血停止，5例自动出院，1例死亡；②Rockall评分越高，介入治疗成功率越低；③介入治疗可能会提高止血成功率。结论：介入治疗ANVUGIB是安全可行的，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective: Toexplore the application value ofinterventional therapy in treating acute non varicose upper gastrointestinalbleeding (ANVUGIB).Methods:Theclinicaldata of20 patients with ANVUGIBwereretrospectively analyzed, including general data, bleedingsite, Rockallscore,andSuccess rate, etc.Rockall score and the success rate of interventional therapy and interventionaltreatment complicationswere comparatively analyzed. Results: ①14 out of 20 patients withANVUGIB were successful in the interventional therapy, and the success ratewas 70.0%; After interventionaltherapy, 7cases were still active bleeding,1 casestopped bleeding after endoscopic titanium clips, 5 cases discharged againstadvise and 1 cases died;②The higher the Rockall score, the lower the success rate ofinterventional therapy;③Interventional therapymightimprove the success rate of hemostasis. Conclusion: Interventional therapyfor ANVUGIB wassafe and effective, and it was worthy of clinical promotion.
