金钗石斛治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病作用 的临床研究

【摘  要】目的：评价金钗石斛在治疗2型糖尿病中的疗效及安全性。方法：本研究采用随机、对照、前瞻性的研究方法，把来本院就诊的气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者随机分为：单用盐酸二甲双胍组、金钗石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组、普通石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组、单用金钗石斛组共四组。分别治疗前及治疗后2周、4周、6周、8周测量空腹血糖值，治疗前及治疗后第8周测量糖化血红蛋白值及糖尿病症状分级积分，分析不同组别的指标差异。结果：经比较，四组的基线齐，具有可比性（P＞0.05）。金钗石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组的空腹血糖值较其他三组均要低，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；金钗石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组与普通石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组治疗后8周的糖化血红蛋白有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；金钗石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组治疗后8周的糖化血红蛋白较单用盐酸二甲双胍组、单用金钗石斛组的均要低（P＜0.01）；金钗石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组与普通石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组的糖尿病症状分级积分差值无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；金钗石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组、普通石斛+盐酸二甲双胍组的糖尿病症状分级积分差值（基线-治疗后8周）均较单用盐酸二甲双胍组、单用金钗石斛组的糖尿病症状分级积分差值大（P＜0.01）。结论：金钗石斛与盐酸二甲双胍的联合应用能有效地降低患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白，并有效改善糖尿病症状，可能具有广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate theeffect and safety of Dendrobium nobile in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods: Patientswith Qi and Yin deficiency of type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into four groups by applying randomized,controlled, prospective study method：metformin hydrochloride group, Dendrobiumnobile combined with metforminhydrochloride group, ordinary dendrobe combined with metformin hydrochloridegroup and Dendrobium nobile group. The patients’ measurement of fasting blood glucosewas made 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks before and after treatment respectively. The patients’measurement of the value of glycosylated hemoglobin and the score of thesymptom of diabetes was made 8 weeks before and after treatment respectively.The index difference of four groups was analyzed. Results:After comparison, the baseline offour groups aligned and there was comparability (P＜0.05). The fasting blood glucose valueof Dendrobium nobile combined with metformin hydrochloride group was lower thanthat of the other three groups, the difference was of statistical significance(P＜0.01); the difference of the value ofglycosylated hemoglobin 8 weeks after treatment in the Dendrobiumnobile combined with metforminhydrochloride group and ordinary dendrobe combined with metformin hydrochloridegroup was of statistical significance(P＜0.05); the value of glycosylatedhemoglobin 8 weeks after treatment in the Dendrobiumnobile combined with metforminhydrochloride group was lower than that of the metformin hydrochloride groupand Dendrobium nobile group(P＜0.01); the difference of the score ofthe symptom of diabetes the Dendrobium nobile combined with metforminhydrochloride group and ordinary dendrobe combined with metformin hydrochloridegroup was of no statistical significance(P＞0.05);the difference of the score of the symptom of diabetes the Dendrobium nobile combined with metformin hydrochloride group and ordinary dendrobecombined with metformin hydrochloride group (baseline-8 weeks after treatment)was bigger than that of the metformin hydrochloride group and Dendrobium nobile group(P＜0.01).Conclusion:The combination of Dendrobium nobile and metformin hydrochloride could lower the patients’ fastingblood glucose and the value of glycosylated hemoglobin effectively in additionto relieving the patients’ symptom of diabetes, therefore, it had abroad applicationprospect.
